We welcome our new Head of Consulting Elisabeth!
We welcome Elisabeth Larsen as the new consultant manager at Infotiv Information Design. With solid experience from the IT industry and a great interest in people, communication and relationships, she will be a key player in Infotiv's business area technology information.
Elisabeth comes most recently from the IT industry and the role of Customer Success manager and project manager for a SaaS product. At Infotiv, she becomes a consultant manager in an exciting time of growth and change.
- At Infotiv we do interesting things and it's great that we are at the forefront in so many exciting areas. I am really looking forward to working with our customers and am curious how I can help them with their challenges.
Elisabeth finds it exciting and positive to come to Infotiv just when a development process is underway within the sales organization.
- I hope to be able to contribute with my creativity and some new perspectives, both in terms of building a new organization and in new customer processing. Of course, I am also very much looking forward to the social life, to be part of the team that will drive Infotiv forward and upwards.
The importance of soft values
The fact that Infotiv works actively with soft values is well known and something Elisabeth sees as a very important asset. She talks about the great openness and cordial atmosphere she has encountered and that it really feels genuine and authentic. Elisabeth believes that the concept of a warm heart and a sharp mind also helps Infotiv to better understand its customers.
- It becomes easier to relate to customers and their challenges. Getting to a level where you can talk about things, where you don't just go in to present a solution, but also understand the context, where the person you are talking to comes from. I think relationship is everything.
Curious and adventure-minded biohacker
Elisabeth is a curious and adventurous individual. She travels a lot, preferably alone, and describes herself as a bit risk-averse.
- I like to take chances sometimes. For me as a person, it doesn't really matter that I don't have full control of the situation. I like to go in and try out different things, I think it's a lot of fun. I usually see more opportunities than obstacles and as a person I am calm and not easily stressed.
She makes good use of her free time and recharges her batteries by reading a lot of books, working out at the gym or playing golf. A particular interest is biohacking.
- I think there is a lot to be gained by starting from who we are as biological beings, to optimize both biology and psyche. Diet and sleep are important factors that affect energy and mood, and you get very quick results. The goal is to be as disease-free and healthy as possible," says Elisabeth.
