Our recruitment process

Find out more about our recruitment process, what happens at the different stages and what is expected of you and of us.

All our positions are advertised on our website and a selection of positions are also published through other channels. All so that you can find the engineering job or other position that you find interesting and that fits what you want and can do.

Of course, we read all the applications we receive for a position - if you have taken the time to apply, we will certainly take the time to read them! We don't want to risk missing the gems.

FIRST SELECTION

When we make the first selection from the applications received, we of course look at your experience - it is often the foundation of your future. But we put just as much emphasis on your potential, your motivation, your values and your personality. For us, there is a difference between just being good and being right. It's all about the fit between you, the organization and the position in question.

Put simply, you need to meet our requirements and your application should demonstrate an interest and commitment to us as an employer. We also use AI (which is encapsulated in our recruitment tool) in the selection of candidates to summarize each application and to provide better feedback to candidates. This helps us to ensure that we find the right person for the right job.

Once the application period for each advertised job has ended, we will notify all applicants that the application period has ended, that we will start the process of selecting the most suitable candidates and if you are one of them.

Once we have made the first selection, we usually start with a short check-up over the phone or via a digital meeting, simply to find out a little more about you. We usually check your availability and other expectations so that it is not what it comes down to in the end. All so that we do not take up your and our time unnecessarily.

INTERVIEW WITH US

If everything checks out when we talk on the phone, we will schedule a first interview. Then you meet us and go through our desired profile and match it with your experience and wishes. We ask questions about your formal skills, what you have accomplished in previous and current jobs, but also about what you want for the future, what type of organization you enjoy working in, what drives you, and so on.

WE KEEP YOU INFORMED

After the interview, we compile the information and check it against the requirements profile in the application. We will then call you to let you know. If you and we agree to proceed, we will schedule a second interview.

PREPARATION FOR THE SECOND INTERVIEW

The invitation will, of course, tell you who you will be meeting so that you can prepare yourself. We will also give you tips and advice on what you should highlight in your competence and on questions you can ask about the engineering job and the company.

The difference between the first and second interview is that in the first interview we focus more on your background and your personality - in other words, whether you are suitable as a consultant with us. The second interview is more technical and we go through your competencies and find out what you can bring to our organization.

Another way to put it is that the second interview is similar to a competency-based interview.

We will then keep in touch with you and inform you about the continuation of the process.

It may also be that we - and the client - want you to conduct a job interview for the intended assignment. In that case, we will invite you well in advance and of course we will be there to support you before, during and after the assignment interview.

PERSONALITY AND OTHER TESTS

We follow up the interview both internally here at the company and with you. In some cases, if both you and we still want to proceed, a personality test or other types of competency tests are carried out.

If you are hired, we will carry out a drug test and a background check.

The test result is then followed up with an interview where the test manager asks questions based on your answers. We focus on the competencies that are important for the position in question. The aim is to clarify that you and we have a consistent - and accurate - picture of you.

WE TAKE REFERENCES

If you are one of the final candidates, we always talk to at least two of your references. We would like these to be former or current managers. As additional references, you can also provide a colleague or partner who knows you well. We then compile the results to make a final decision on whether or not you are suitable for the position.

FINAL DECISION

We are with you until the position is filled and will keep you informed throughout the process.
