First job in place. But is life working out? Do you have plans for your future? Finances, mortgages, family law and pension plans? Our career program, Warmer and Sharper, will help you with this.

Warmer and Sharper is the career program that takes you further. We put our employees in focus and therefore we want everyone who gets their first job with us to also get support with other things needed to make everyday life work.

How does it work?

Varmare och Skarpare offers you as a new employee a number of modules that deal with everything from Infotiv's culture to rhetoric to everyday law and housing finances.
We meet on 12 occasions, once a month. Each time we have a special theme where either someone from Infotiv or an invited guest talks and answers questions.
