System verification in complete system

Infotiv Test and Development was commissioned by a customer in the automotive industry to perform complementary verification for the areas of system, function and robustness in a complete system. We started by creating a customized work process and related document templates based on the IEEE 829 standard. With the current conditions as a starting point and the deliverables that the customer expected, Scrum was chosen as the project method.

We were able to quickly exceed the customer's expectations and provide decision support in the form of test reports to the organization, referring to the customer's own words "Exceeding expectations". The customer was very satisfied with the results and chose to expand and extend the project.

During the course of the project, the group carried out continuous streamlining, including the creation of an automated test environment for the system verification using programming in LabVIEW and CAPL. Our flexibility contributed to the fact that we could always handle the customer's additional additions and requests, in addition, the group made a number of development proposals in the organization's existing verification methods.
